Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she stopped her gymnastics. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. The first step is warming up before going into work out sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
